Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@magguitepr.com and return instructions will be provided.

If your return is accepted, costumer will be responsible for cost of return shipping label, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items that will not be eligible for return:

- Anything that has been worn

- Damaged, washed or altered.

- Item missing original tags

- Jewelry (necklace, earrings, earcuff, bracelet or hair pieces)  

- Seasonal items (sequins and holiday merchandise)

- Dress inserts such as sticky bras, tapes or any similar product 

- Accessories (purses, belts, etc.)

- Items bought on "Sale"

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If interested in making exchange in our in person store make sure to contact us at support@magguitepr.com for instructions. 

Store Credit 
A online store credit will be issued once we inspect all items being returned. You have three months to use STORE CREDIT.

In store pick up

Costumer must pick up item within 14 days. Please contact us at support@magguitepr.comif it is not possible to pick up during window. If no contact has been made in the 14 days items will be marked as available for next customer to purchase and store credit will be offered if requested.
